We collect data that you actively submit through our application form (name, email, university, study program, semester, motivation), optional newsletter signup data, and basic technical data (IP address, browser, timestamps) processed by our hosting provider. We do not currently use marketing or tracking cookies.
Processing of application data: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Technical logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely).
Application data is retained for the duration of the selection process and up to [12] months thereafter, unless a longer retention is required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
